BackGround:
In my early teens mom sent me off for guitar lessons, which I can honestly say, didn’t really help me all that much. I found myself converting to bass when, my brother (drummer) and a friend guitarist needed a bassist, or should I say, someone to just play the root notes of the chords. Went back to strumming a little guitar through high school, but nothing serious and was re-introduced to my bass in the late 80's, when I joined the band "Iron Angel" for a short stint. In late ’95 I dusted off the fingers and the equipment, once again, to join the band “Finius J”. We toured locally for 5-6 years playing top 40 tunes from the 70’s to present (at the time). Taking yet another sabbatical in early 2001, the bass sat in the closet seeing daylight but once every six months. Late 2003, early 2004 I started playing again with a few guys who called themselves “The New Consultants”. This lasted a year or so before becoming a founding member the band “Paige is Falling”, A classic rock band that plays locally. A few weeks ago I received an email from a friend of a friend looking for a stand in bass player and here’s where we’re at.
